Tommy Loan
Surveillance Manager mainland UK & International

Tommy has 20 years experience with Strathclyde Police during which time he served within both Divisional CID and Force Drug Squad. He also worked as a surveillance instructor within the police force and as a Drugs expert witness.

Tommy joined CIA Excel Group in 1999 and is currently responsible for the management of the surveillance teams whilst operating  in mainland UK and overseas, as well as the planning/preparation and reporting of surveillance operations.
